Taking time for you!

If there is one thing I've learned in life is that you must make or take time for you. Whether you are working a regular hour job or writing in my case. You must still learn to take time for you. It is okay and healthy to step back, take a breath, and be still. Yes, I said Be Still! I went old school with that saying lol.

To do all the wonderful things that you want to do in this life. You must first take care of you so that you are at your maximum capacity to succeed and keep moving forward. Your journey, life is enjoyed so much better when you are relaxed. We tend to make fewer mistakes when our bodies are thriving, and our mind is sharp. So step back and Be Still!

Methods to keep the mind and body sharp

  1. Breathing exercises

  2. Stretches/yoga

  3. Take a walk

  4. Learn to laugh

  5. Family time

  6. Date night with partner or friends

  7. Read a book

I know that this was a short Talk Session. But I wanted to discuss why it is important to take care of you and offer some methods that may help you out. What do you do to keep the mind and body sharp?
